Preloaded APS Charged Amphiphilic IHC Microscope Slides (CS/1,000)

30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are subject to a 20%
restocking fee, and requires an approved Rankin RMA number. Hazardous materials items
are non-returnable. If the item(s) are under warranty and are faulty or damaged, we will
repair or replace the items per the warranty agreement. For items that are replaced, return of the faulty or damaged item(s) is required. Credit will not be processed until the product(s) are successfully received back to Rankin's facility.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, the order is not eligible for a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused or in the same condition that you received it.
• Item must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
• Item delivered within the last 30 days from requesting a return.

Items that are not eligible for returns:

• Control slides
• Flammable or hazardous materials
• Opened or used products

Exchanges (if applicable)
Defective or damaged products are eligible for replacement. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@rankinbiomed.com with the following information:

• Order number or purchase order number
• Product SKU and quantity you wish to exchange

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card provider (if applicable), it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ap@rankinbiomed.com. Refunds are processed swiftly, but may take up to 90 days.
