30-day return policy. Damaged, opened, or used items are non-returnable.

Orders placed by 2 PM est will ship same day (in stock products).

Free shipping for orders over $1,000. Does not apply for customers that have special/contract pricing. Does not apply to white glove, next-day/expedited, or dedicated freight trucks.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@rankinbiomed.com to receive a prepaid return label. Send us the product back and we will either exchange the product or issue a full refund.
