We Pick Up Your Machine
Our shipping coordinator contacts you to schedule and arrange pickup, professionally packed and freighted. Once it arrives, we diagnose it and call you to walk through the plan and the quote before anything else happens.
We Refurbish It
Your machine runs through our full refurbishment protocol: complete teardown, worn components replaced, systems rebuilt, cosmetics restored. It passes testing and quality control at OEM specifications before it leaves the floor.
You Get It Back Like New
